The access and/or use of this portal of jetboat.es attributes the condition of USER, that accepts, from this access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected here. The aforementioned Conditions will be applicable independently of the General Conditions of Contracting that in their case result of obligatory fulfilment.

jetboat.es provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to jetboat.es or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that was necessary to access certain services or content.

The relationship between jetboat.es and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of MARBELLA (MÁLAGA).
